One woman’s garden is apparently another woman’s eyesore.

Some neighbors see the yard as an eyesore. And now, the gardener is fighting a legal battle with her homeowners association.

An absolutely beautifully landscaped yard. Here, another example of the Industry imposing their Nazi-Conformity Requirements on another homeowner. Would her lovely landscaping bring down property values, anyone with common sense shouts NO! So why would they do it? Ultimately the HOA Bored Members are responsible because they have to hire the lawyers and initiate the action. The Motivation? Could be anything from general dislike for the homeowner, to jealousy, to a simple over-inflated ego trying to assert their pathetic powers to make them feel strong and powerful.
Everyone knows why the slithering lawyers participate. Easy money.
If only our Federal Lawmakers would take 20 minutes per day to peruse this site. They would come to realize that a very simple solution to the whole quagmire would be a tiny amendment to the United States Declaration of Independence & the Constitution

Wherever it speaks of Rights and uses the term Government, add this one simple phrase “Government, or Government-like entities”

If this isn’t describing a case in Sun City, AZ, then we have an exact copy.
