RV intrusion

We have a major issue with a huge RV parked next to our fence. We live in central Florida. We're in a head to head "battle" with the Board because their not following the rules in our CC&Rs, etc. Anyone with a similar problem?

Sorry but most here would like to abolish HOA's and CC&Rs. We haven't quite thought through how that would work or why it may make things worse. Most of us got in trouble with our HOA (fines for having a car up on blocks in the driveway, three foot weeds in our front yard, 2 months late on paying the assessment, etc.) and therefore are a little upset at our HOA. While I can understand your frustration, we aren't much for problem solving which is why no one replied to your message.

The RICO Act (The Racketeer

The RICO Act (The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act):
"Any person who operates or manages an enterprise through a pattern of
racketeering activity may be in violation of the RICO Act. Any group may be a
RICO enterprise regardless of whether its members wear pinstripes, poster
boards, fatigues or hoods."

Maybe this Act could eventually be used against HOA extortions and abuses. For
